Bocanje (Bowls) is a kind of bowling, a sports game particularly popular in the Mediterranean. In almost every street in any of the coastal towns there is a “bocanje” team.

In Montenegro this sport is mostly practiced in Boka Kotorska and Budva areas. In five Montenegrin towns there are bocanje fields arranged in accordance with international standards.
